Office 365 features co-authoring, real-time collaboration. Word documents, Excel Spreadsheets, and Powerpoint presentations can easily be created, shared, and edited simultaneously by members of your team. The cursor for each team member is visible and annotated with their name, and you can see what changes they are making in real-time. Documents can also be edited offline, and if two authors have edited the same section of a document when one or both were offline, a popup will prompt them to choose which changes should be kept when they come back online.

And because documents can be created and edited in a web browser, authors can use a device that suits their requirements or situation. No longer does your team need to be tied to desktop computers or laptops.
