I called Brian on Friday morning as my computer was crashing several times a day without explanation. Brian attended my home the same afternoon, tried some diagnostics then took my PC away and returned it on Monday morning all fixed. As I had not previously been a client, I found this level of service to be exceptional and I would warmly recommend this company.

Task: Computer health check, set up mail account on iPad
James arrived on time and carried out the health check ensuring that the computer and relevant software was working efficiently. When completed he offered to set up a mail account on my iPad which I was unable to do. He was reliable, efficient and friendly. I would use him again and am happy to recommend him.

Task: Resolved a Media player issue and setup a NAS drive
James completed the work remotely. The service from start to finish was faultless and I cannot recommend James and his team highly enough. James kept me in touch by phone and when he had to sort a problem out called me back and explained what was going on and explained what was going on. Brian worked carefully and quietly. I was very satisfied with the standard of work and the way it was done. There was a need for Brian to return the following day as we ran out of time the first day, but that was because I could only accommodate him after 2pm, so we were limited by time.
